PRODUCTION SPARROWS
It is very unfortunate that mechanical and electrical problems plagued the Corbin Sparrows and helped to cause their demise. Many Sparrows developed faulty controllers, bad chargers, as well as rear wheel bearing failures, drive belt breakages, severe brake squeaking, and water leaks.

I hope that you enjoyed this website and was able to obtain some information on the Corbin Sparrow. As you might be able to tell,it is one of my favorite vehicles because it is so odd and different.

Although a company named MyerMotors eventually obtained all of Corbin's parts stock and started to produce the Sparrow again in late 2005, only a few have made it out the door. They are now called "NMG" for NO MORE GAS. It is said that Myersmotors will only complete the remaining 70 Sparrow body shells that Corbin had leftover, before creating another vehicle.

I'm not sure what the future will hold for the NMG, but hopefully it won't have the same fate as the Sparrow. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.....

If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please send email to me at ckr1@aol.com.

THE END!!!
I would like to thank everyone whose pictures I've included. I would not have been able to build this site with accurate information without the help.
