Welcome to CorbinSparrow.com. Since you came to
this site, there is a good chance you saw one of these little electric motorcycles and wondered what they were. I thought
the same thing when I first saw pictures of them back in 1999. Well, they were made by Corbin Motors in Hollister, California
from 1999-2002 and were called Sparrows.

Back in 1999, information on the Sparrow was available
on the CorbinMotors website. However, due to the fact that CorbinMotors filed Chapter 7 Bankrupcy, their website is no longer
available. Therefore, this website was built for informational purposes. (Please note: this website is in no way affiliated
with CorbinMotors, Corbinmotors.com or Corbin. Those names are trademarks of their repective companies.) Since a total of
only 285 Corbin Sparrows were manufactured and put on the road, very few are actually out driving around.

Corbin
Sparrows came in two different body styles, a jellybean model and a pizzabutt model (lovingly referred to that because Dominos
Pizza order several as delivery vehicles). Sparrows also came in an array of bright colors. Buyers could choose from lime
green, yellow, silver, coral, aqua, lilac, teal, magenta, white, green, blue and orange, as well as two-toned and polka dotted.
After looking for several years, I was able to track one down that was for sale, and in 2004, I purchased Lime Green Pizza-butt
Sparrow #158. In 2008, I found Orange Pizza-butt
#280 being auctioned by the Canadian Government and I placed a bid and won. I now have 2 of the 285 total Sparrows
ever built and 2 of only 185 pizza-butt models. Unfortunately, even less than the 285 have survived worldwide with
several catching on fire.(VIN #1-100 were jellybeans. #101-on were pizzabutts.) Comments or suggestions? Send me email at ckr1@aol.com.

Originally offered at $13,900 for first production
"jellybean" models, the Sparrow was later sold for $16,995 for the "pizza-butt" models.
